User Information and Feedback

This service targets users and stakeholders interested in gaining an insight into meta data of other ICT services or of the ICT platform (project 3.1).

Possible information and functions may include

• dashbord-like overviews, displaying status information of services (availability, workload, ...)
• live and average information about user behaviour (how many active users, where, ...)
• input for user-feedback

Target groups may include project partners of other ICT services or the ICT platform, public administration, media and interested citizen in general.

Specific contents, visualisations and functions will depend on the user's requirements and will be defined within the project.
